The Society of Friends and Sponsors of the Robert Schumann Hochschule is now organizing a piano competition for young pianists – Robert Schumann Competition – for the fifth time after successful competitions in 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2023. The competition will be held from February 18 – 22, 2025 at the Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf. 

All rounds of the competition are open to the public. Round I and II, taking place at the Robert Schumann Hochschule, are free to attend. 

The final concert with orchestra will take place on 22 February at 6 pm in the Robert-Schumann-Saal, Museum Kunstpalast.
